Emotional Health

Emotional health is vital to living the life we want to live. In the scope of emotional health, many find there are two extremes: either you have a myriad of feelings (or maybe just a few intense and recurring ones) and don’t know what to do with them, or you have not felt anything for years.
Neither of these extremes are the way to wholeness. Sure these may have been ways of living that served you well, but they are not long-lasting ways to walk through life. In seeking emotional health, I want to walk alongside you, showing you a better way...a way of feeling what you feel but trading judgment for compassion and tenderly letting your feelings inform but not control you.
